This is my Intimate Sanctuary of ups and downs, twists and turns, where I share my Soulful Journey, embracing the perfectly imperfect version of myself, and keeping myself accountable. As I embark on this path, I Commit to BE-ing present, connecting with the Divine Within, and nurturing my Physical self.
Publishing my inner world publicly, feels both daunting and liberating, as it challenges me to shed the mask I’ve always shown the world. I’ve put 51 years into BE-ing this Beautifully Messy Mess, so it’s time to embrace me unapologetically, celebrating my authenticity, rather than striving to fit into society's and family's expectations
I mean, why glam-ify myself and life? Social Media already flaunts too many perfectly, pretty, pouty, and sparkly Influencers. I’m neither young nor pouty, or even have much influence,(and I wouldn't dance on Tik Tok if you paid me !) so why strive to be anything other than me?
Self-acceptance and Receiving are significant lessons in my life, and this Journal will be a testament to my growth in these areas. While I'll deep dive into Self-awareness and Reflection, I also acknowledge the importance of scheduling the tedious daily tasks of chopping wood – carrying water, and striking a balance between the spiritual and the practical. After all, a clean house doesn't manifest from meditation alone!
Within these pages, you'll find me chronicling diverse aspects of the day-to-day and covering all 12 Dimensions of Life, ensuring I maintain balance and stay on track. I’ve even created a daily template for myself, so I don’t ‘accidentally on purpose,’ miss anything! Yes, avoidance and procrastination are running themes for me. So every day, you'll see me sharing experiences of my soul-based business, tracking my weight loss, exercise(urghh, the struggle!), finances, and family life.
So, to be perfectly honest, this Journal is primarily for ME.
